Well, Hi There!
Planet LP Host, Ted Asregadoo
About Ted:
For mighty long time, Ted worked in the radio industry. He’s been a DJ, a news director, marketing director, copywriter, and audio producer at a number of radio stations in the San Francisco Bay Area including iHeartMedia, where he worked for almost a decade.
If you search for Ted on ye olde internet, you’ll see that he writes a lot — mostly as a music journalist. Some of the sites he’s worked at include Popdose, Ultimate Classic Rock, Eat Sleep Drink Music, and Music Tap.
He started the Planet LP podcast in 2021 during the lockdown phase of the pandemic. Seeking to spark some joy in what was then a weary world, he dove into podcasting as a way to share his passion of music with other passionate music fans.Keith Creighton & The Popdose New Music Report
About Keith:
Keith started the Popdose New Music Report in 2022 as a monthly feature on the Planet LP podcast. Keith has been writing for Popdose since 2012 and covers new releases, album reviews, artist interviews, box sets and reissues.
By his own admission, Keith has a serious music addiction. In 2021, he estimates he purchased almost 150 CDs. Though more and more people are ditching physical copies of music in favor of streaming, Keith will defend the superior sound qualities of the CD format over vinyl and even streaming any day of the week. Because of his wide variety of musical tastes, Keith’s monthly report will introduce Planet LP listeners to a larger world of albums.
By day, Keith is the founder, owner, and creative director of Sudden Monkey — where his marketing and copywriting expertise has helped many businesses with their marketing goals.
